1. Break down display-fixture structures—including showcases, display stands, shelving and metal, timber and acrylic fixtures—from client renderings, construction drawings and technical requirements, and calculate total costs for materials, labor, processes, waste, overhead and taxes.
2. Prepare budgetary and detailed quotations that are accurate, compliant and competitive.
3. Track market prices for panels, metals, acrylic, hardware, paint and other materials and maintain the cost database.
4. Review CAD drawings and structural processes for manufacturability and recommend cost and process improvements.
5. Apply knowledge of mainstream fixture processes, including woodworking, sheet metal, welding, coating, acrylic thermoforming and bonding, hardware assembly and glass processing.
6. Support sales in clarifying client requirements and quotation questions to improve conversion.
7. Coordinate with design, procurement, production and finance to align costing standards and ensure quotations are executable.
8. Maintain quotation records, review win rates and optimize quotation strategies and processes.
9. Complete assigned cost-analysis and quotation-system improvement projects.

1. Technical secondary school or high-school diploma or above; an associate degree is preferred.
2. At least three years of quotation experience in display fixtures, showcases, shelving or commercial furniture, with the ability to price projects independently.
3. Experience quoting for retail chains, commercial spaces, jewelry, beauty or fashion showcases is preferred.
4. A background in spatial design, structural design or project estimating is preferred.
5. Ability to read English drawings and technical documents is preferred.
6. Knowledge of fixture materials, manufacturing processes, production workflows and cost structures.
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and quantity measurement, and Excel for functions, pivot tables and cost models.
8. Experience using SolidWorks, UG, Creo or similar 3D software to review models and estimate weight is preferred.
9. Familiarity with ERP or cost-management systems is an advantage.
10. Numerically strong, rigorous and detail-oriented, with a zero-error approach to costing and a clear understanding of cost and margin.
11. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments, with the ability to convey technical and cost information clearly.
12. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and respond quickly to urgent quotation requests.
13. Commercial awareness and the ability to adjust pricing strategies based on order volume, lead time and client tier.

1. Develop and secure supply-chain projects with leading domestic and international brands in China.
2. Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery, aligning client and factory requirements and coordinating design, engineering and customer-service teams.
3. Lead domestic project quotations, solution coordination and commercial negotiations; convert opportunities into orders and manage the full order lifecycle to meet product and delivery requirements.
4. Build trusted relationships across client organizations, uncover needs, resolve requests and complaints, and coordinate internal service and delivery improvements.
5. Manage collections for domestic business and ensure receivables are recovered on time.
6. Monitor industry developments and market opportunities, develop new clients and projects, and drive sustainable domestic growth.
7. Complete other related responsibilities assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; marketing or engineering-related majors are preferred.
2. At least eight years of experience in the commercial display-fixture industry and an established client network.
3. Proven experience managing domestic business with annual sales above RMB 50 million, with the ability to own targets and develop markets independently.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
5. Strong commercial negotiation, project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills, with knowledge of the full display-fixture delivery process.
6. Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to identify implementation issues quickly and propose effective solutions.
7. Team leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
Preferred: an established client network and a track record of creating direct commercial value.
Preferred: familiarity with engineering concepts, fixture products, materials and processes, display solutions and engineering drawings.

5. Strong English skills, including the ability to interpret and edit English drawings and discuss requirements with international clients.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Relevant work experience is preferred.
Annual compensation is negotiable and includes a performance-based year-end bonus and equity incentives.
