BESTWAY’s production management center is built on 6S workplace management, creating a standardized, orderly and efficient environment that protects quality and safety from the outset. A customized ERP and MES system digitally controls the entire flow from order scheduling and material tracking through operations and finished-goods dispatch, making every stage visible, traceable and controllable.
To serve diverse client requirements, BESTWAY flexibly configures dedicated small-batch lines and key-account production lines, balancing customized flexible manufacturing with efficient volume delivery. For each project, we plan process capacity and equipment investment in advance to match the right routing and resources while protecting both efficiency and quality.
